When I started the company in 1994 in Atlanta, I had one goal. I wanted to assemble a team of like-minded creative people and make awesome stuff happen. We didn’t have a lot of marketing buzzwords surrounding what we were doing. Mostly, we were finding ourselves at tables making formerly mundane moments magical…for brands. Our efforts were collaborative from the start. Someone would throw a crazy idea out on the table. We would poke, push, and pull it around to see if it held up under brand messaging scrutiny. Then we would set to work figuring out how to make it happen. The question was never if. Always how. Those table meetings with brands are still my favorite part of the creative process here. They are part of our DNA. They are who we are, even if they’re rarely all ‘in person’ at the table, anymore...
